Accounting Associate (m/f), Salem in Salem, Tamil Nadu

Your tasks:
- Reconcile or note and report any differences they find in the records
- Receive and record cash, checks, and vouchers
- Use bookkeeping software as well as online spreadsheets and databases
- Put costs as well as income into the software, assigning each to an appropriate account
- Produce reports, such as balance sheets, income statements, and totals by account
Your skills:
- Watching gauges, dials, or other indicators to make sure a machine is working properly
- Expertise in raw materials, production processes, quality control, costs, and other techniques for maximizing the effective manufacture and distribution of goods
- Knowledge of principles and procedures for personnel recruitment, selection, training, compensation and benefits, labor relations and negotiation, and personnel information systems
- Writing computer programs for various purposes
- Expertise in principles and processes for providing customer and personal services. This includes customer needs assessment, meeting quality standards for services, and evaluation of customer satisfaction.
- Proficiency in human behavior and performance
- Expertise in circuit boards, processors, chips, electronic equipment, and computer hardware and software, including applications and programming
- Communicating effectively in writing as appropriate for the needs of the audience
- Giving full attention to what other people are saying, taking time to understand the points being made, asking questions as appropriate, and not interrupting at inappropriate times
- Understanding written sentences and paragraphs in work related documents
